Jennnifer Lum is strengthening the life sciences ecosystem in Boston and beyond. She is the cofounder and managing partner of Biospring Partners, a New York-based investment firm focused on life sciences companies, backing local ventures such as Labviva, an AI-powered digital marketplace for the life sciences industry, and PathAI, which uses artificial intelligence to improve health care. Lum also acts as a mentor, serving as a venture capital adviser at Harvard Business School’s Arthur Rock Center for Entrepreneurship and an adviser at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship. Prior to starting Biospring, Lum founded several technology companies, including the artificial intelligence company Forge.AI, which was acquired by FiscalNote in 2021, and Adelphic, a mobile advertising platform that was acquired by Time Inc.’s Viant in 2017.
